Article 1: General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (in short “Terms”) apply to every order placed by a visitor of this website. Placing an order via the VINdTAGE webshop implies that the customer has consulted these terms and conditions of sale and expressly accepts the applicability of these Terms and Conditions. 

Article 2: Price
All prices are expressed in EURO. VINdTAGE operates under the VAT exemption system.
If delivery costs are charged, this will be stated separately. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time. In any case, the products are invoiced based on the price applicable at the time of your order.

Article 3: Offer
All offers of products listed on our site are only valid in Belgium. Our promotional offers are only valid while stocks last and if they have a limited validity period or apply under certain conditions, this is explicitly stated. Despite the fact that the catalogue and the website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind VINdTAGE. The offer is always valid while stocks last and can be adjusted or withdrawn by VINdTAGE at any time. VINdTAGE cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If something is not in stock and is still confirmed in your order, this will be reported by email or telephone. Your product can then either be placed on hold or refunded if it can no longer be ordered.

Article 4: The order and the confirmation of the transaction
By confirming your order by clicking the ‘Complete’ button, you agree to this and fully accept all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Your order will then be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a detailed confirmation of receipt of your order at your email address. This confirmation of receipt will state the exact amount of the invoice and the delivery conditions of your order. This confirmation of receipt is considered as acceptance of your order and confirms the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel orders from customers with whom there are disputes regarding the payment of a previous order or for any other legitimate reason, in particular if an order can be considered abnormal. VINdTAGE is not bound to any form of compensation for this.

Payment for the products is made exclusively in euros.

VINdTAGE offers you different payment options and guarantees you total security during your transactions.
The purchase is made when the customer receives a confirmation email from VINdTAGE.

Article 5: Delivery and sending
Prices and sales are from Molendreef 15 – 2890 Sint-Amands. The products are only delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands, to the address of your choice, as you indicated when ordering. Providing the correct information is your own responsibility, so that we can process your order properly. Delivery is always provided as soon as possible in consultation with the customer.

Average shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the product. Shipping is done via Bpost or DPD (in exceptional cases Mondial Relay) via uninsured shipping and is always at the customer’s risk. (if you want extra insurance or other options for the package, this is possible on request) Goods that are too large for postal packages can be delivered by VINdTAGE itself. These prices are indicative and may differ depending on additional options such as confirmation of receipt, etc. The risks associated with loss, theft or damage to the products are at your expense as soon as these products have been delivered. Deliveries outside Belgium or the Netherlands are possible as an exception and only after mutual consultation.

Article 6: Warranty
We guarantee that our products correspond to your order and that they meet the normal expectations that you may have, taking into account the special characteristics of the product. Only electrical equipment is covered by a 1-year warranty, other products are not subject to any warranty.
Since VINdTAGE sells old or second-hand products, we cannot guarantee that our products comply with current regulations on safety and quality marks. You are expected to check whether the quality and quantity of the delivered products correspond to your order.
A complaint for visible defects (other than those already mentioned in the product description) and missing products must be sent by e-mail to our customer service at the latest 5 days after delivery.
Complaints for defects are only admissible and justified on condition that you have not used the products or damaged them in any other way. A complaint for hidden defects that are not due to a case of force majeure, to an incorrect action on your part or that of a third party or that are due to normal wear and tear, must be submitted by e-mail to our customer service, and this at the latest 2 months after the discovery of the hidden defect. If a delivered product does not correspond to your order, we will replace the product. If the replacement is not possible, we will refund all payments received (with the exception of delivery/transport costs).

Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article apply only to customers who purchase items online via the VINdTAGE webshop in their capacity as consumers. The consumer has the right to inform VINdTAGE that he is cancelling the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product. Customers who wish to exercise the right of withdrawal must contact customer service or via email info@vindtage.be within 14 days from delivery and return the goods at their own expense to VINdTAGE, Molendreef 15 – 2890 Sint-Amands within 14 days from delivery of the goods. The product will then be refunded. Previously incurred shipping or delivery costs will not be refunded.
Only items that are in the condition as originally sent and without damage, together with the invoice or proof of purchase, can be taken back.

Article 9: Change of conditions
Taking into account possible developments of the site, VINdTAGE reserves the right to adapt or modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The customer will be informed of the new General Terms and Conditions of Sale, where appropriate, via an online change. The new conditions will only apply to orders placed after the change has been implemented.

Article 10: Applicable law/legislation
The current contract is subject to Belgian law.

Article 11: Disputes
Complaints and disputes can be submitted via customer service (mentioned in article 8) or via the European platform for online disputes (ODR).
